From the fun murals painted outside by local Dayton artists to The Brightside Bar, Vodvil Ballroom, Patio, and Upside Loft, there is no shortage of space perfect for photos and a variety of event needs.
What’s so cool about this venue is its versatility and personality. Their motto is, “A venue for free spirits by free spirits,” and you can feel that the first moment you see the venue. The Brightside is unique in the fact they can be dressed up as much as you want or it also looks just as fine with its natural charm. Their in-house sound system, lighting, and built-in stage has hosted top musical acts and wrestling matches to black-tie weddings - truly a flexible space!
It’s a versatile fun venue that is perfect for weddings, graduation parties, and corporate and social events.
Reception seating up to 250 guests in the Vodvil Ballroom
Spacious Patio for a ceremony, cocktail hour, or late-night snacks & games. The Patio has electrical hookups for food trucks or bands
Brightside Bar: A fun spot for Cocktail Hour or as an After Party hangout. You do need to purchase a bar package with The Brightside, but they take care of all the work including hiring experienced bartenders.
Upside Loft: This space is perfect for a ceremony or getting ready. It also includes access to their two dressing suites.
